Workout of the Day – WOD
Here you will sign up for a class time, which we refer to as your home time. This class is with a group of athletes with a Coach to complete the WOD. These classes are conducted as group personal training at a high intensity.
Our Coaches are there to ensure you are executing the movements safely and effectively and to motivate you to perform to the utmost of your ability. By the end of your workout, you should and will have some ill feelings towards your coach. Our classes are in a group setting in order to encourage and create a competitive environment. Our class times are limited to a number of athletes, so pick a time that’s best for you! Remember, this is just another step for you to commit to a changing life style and reaching your goals in a great environment!
